Sandro Mezzadra is a professor of Political Philosophy at the University of Bologna. His research work has focused at length on the relationship between globalization, migrations, citizenship and transformations of   labour, in dialogue with postcolonial studies. With Brett Neilson he has taken part in the transnational research project Transit Labour. Creative Labour and Social Mobilities in the Asian Century.
